Controller/Processor Role. For the website, self-serve sign-ups, and direct marketing, Gale Force Vector LLC acts as a data controller. For enterprise accounts where Gale Force Vector LLC processes data on behalf of a Customer, Gale Force Vector LLC acts as a processor/service provider under applicable law. Where Gale Force Vector LLC acts as a processor/service provider, the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governs and controls in the event of any conflict with this Privacy Policy.
